Lluvias en Perú por el Fenómeno El Niño en vivo: regiones del norte en alerta

  • Por su parte, en Piura , las estaciones de las localidades de Hualcuy y Paimas registraron acumulados de hasta 34.7 mm y 24.5 mm .

  • Asimismo, en Tumbes , las estaciones Puerto Pizarro, Campamento Sede y Puente Tumbes reportaron cifras de hasta 45.2 mm, 25.1 mm y 12.9 mm , respectivamente.

  • El Senamhi indicó que en la costa norte, las lluvias intensas superaron récords históricos de acumulado diario, alcanzando hasta 99.3 mm en El Salto . Del 1 al 26 de octubre se acumularon precipitaciones que registran entre 70 y 80 veces los valores normales de la región.

  • Estas precipitaciones estarán acompañadas de descargas eléctricas y ráfagas de viento cercanas a los 40 km/h . Asimismo, en la costa norte se prevén lluvias de fuerte y extrema intensidad.
