La Comisión de Ética Parlamentaria del Congreso sesionará este lunes 2 de marzo para evaluar, entre otros puntos, las denuncias contra las congresistas Milagros Jáuregui y Kira Alcarraz, según la agenda oficial correspondiente a la décima sesión ordinaria del período anual 2025-2026.

De acuerdo con el orden del día, el grupo de trabajo verá la denuncia de oficio contra la parlamentaria Milagros Jáuregui de Aguayo por presunta vulneración a la ética parlamentaria vinculada a la exposición pública de menores.

Asimismo, se debatirá el informe de calificación en el Expediente 248-2025-2026/CEP-CR referido a la denuncia contra la congresista Yorel Kira Alcarraz Agüero, por una presunta falta ética en agravio de un trabajador del Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT).

En la misma sesión figura el informe final de los expedientes acumulados 220-2024-2025/CEP-CR y 221-2024-2025/CEP-CR, relacionados con una denuncia de parte contra el congresista Segundo Toribio Montalvo Cubas.

La reunión está programada para las 16:00 horas en la sala Francisco Bolognesi del Palacio Legislativo y también se desarrollará a través de la plataforma virtual Microsoft Teams.

Además de los casos mencionados, la comisión aprobará las actas de la novena sesión ordinaria del 1 de diciembre de 2025 y de las sesiones extraordinarias del 12 de enero y 13 de febrero de 2026.

En el despacho se dará cuenta de los documentos recibidos y remitidos entre el 28 de noviembre de 2025 y el 26 de febrero de 2026, antes de pasar a los informes, pedidos y al debate de los casos programados.
