La primera edición del AVA Volley Sunfest by El Comercio e Inyogo está a la vuelta de la esquina y promete reunir a muchos entusiastas amantes de este deporte. Será un día de competencia en familia, con un excelente ambiente, dinámicas y más. Aquí te contamos todos los detalles del evento.

Los 12 equipos participantes estarán distribuidos en cuatro grupos de tres, en los que se enfrentarán todos contra todos en busca de llegar a las semifinales del torneo.

Solo pasará un equipo por serie para medirse en un partido de eliminación directa por el pase a la final. Los que resulten perdedores jugarán por la medalla de bronce.

Cabe mencionar que todos los partidos, tanto de la serie de grupos, como de las finales, se jugarán bajo el formato de 3 sets con 15 puntos en cada uno y una diferencia mínima de dos.

La playa Sol y Mar, del distrito sureño de Asia, será sede de la competencia que se realizará en un full day el próximo sábado 21 de febrero. El certamen empezará a las 10:00 a.m. y finalizará cerca de las 6:30 de la tarde, cuando conozcamos al primer campeón del campeonato.

Esta primera edición ha despertado una gran expectativa entre los aficionados al vóley. Recordemos, que solo 12 equipos de más de 20 playas elegibles, participarán del AVA Volley Sunfest organizado por El Comercio e Inyogo.

Este innovador torneo tendrá tres reglas especiales, haciéndolo mucho más atractivo tanto para los participantes como para el ferviente público que asistirá al evento para alentar a sus equipos favoritos.

• Super punto: Si el equipo elige esta SÚPER CARD, el punto que se vaya a jugar valdrá el doble.
• Uno menos: Si el equipo elige esta SÚPER CARD, el equipo contrario tendrá que jugar ese punto con 1 jugador menos.
• Refuerzo Pro (aplica solo en la final): Si el equipo elige esta SÚPER CARD, un jugador o jugadora PRO reforzará al equipo por los siguientes 3 puntos.
