Entre los detenidos figura un adolescente de 17 años, quien sería el presunto autor material del atentado. De acuerdo con la información policial, el menor habría ejecutado el ataque bajo órdenes de presuntos integrantes de la organización criminal Los Pulpos.

Los otros intervenidos fueron identificados como Luis Fabiano Jacobo Flores y Rodrigo Nicolás Ávila Peláez, alias “Nico Nico”, quienes también son considerados presuntos implicados en el hecho.

Tras la captura, los agentes pudieron conocer que el adolescente habría actuado por disposición de Óscar Cruz Basilio y Andy Quispe Cruz, señalados por la policía como posibles miembros y familiares de ‘Jhonsson Pulpo’, presunto cabecilla de la organización criminal Los Pulpos, quien actualmente se encuentra prófugo de la justicia.

La PNP informó que las investigaciones continúan con el objetivo de determinar si más personas participaron en la planificación o ejecución del atentado.

La explosión se produjo alrededor de las 3:30 a. m. del sábado 7 de marzo en la discoteca Dalí, ubicada en el distrito de Víctor Larco Herrera, en Trujillo.

El estallido ocurrió durante la presentación del grupo musical Amor Rebelde, lo que generó pánico entre los asistentes y desencadenó una estampida en el interior del establecimiento.

De acuerdo con la Gerencia Regional de Salud (Geresa) de La Libertad, el atentado dejó un saldo de al menos 33 personas heridas.

Los afectados fueron trasladados a los principales hospitales de la ciudad. Diecisiete pacientes ingresaron al Hospital Belén y otros 16 al Hospital Regional Docente, donde uno de ellos permanece en la unidad de shock trauma.

Tras el atentado, la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo intervino la discoteca Dalí a través de la Gerencia de Fiscalización, con apoyo del grupo de Intervenciones Rápidas Municipales (Iram) y de la Unidad de Servicios Especiales (Use).

Durante la inspección, los fiscalizadores detectaron el presunto incumplimiento de las ordenanzas municipales N.° 019-2025 y 050-2025 al constatar que el establecimiento habría permitido el ingreso de menores de edad a un local donde se expenden bebidas alcohólicas.

Por este motivo, se dispuso la clausura temporal del establecimiento por 30 días hábiles. Como parte de la medida, el personal municipal realizó la soldadura de los accesos del local para asegurar el cumplimiento de la sanción.

Tras el atentado, la Municipalidad Distrital de Víctor Larco Herrera emitió un comunicado en el que expresó su “profundo pesar y enérgico rechazo” frente al ataque ocurrido en la discoteca Dalí.

La comuna manifestó su solidaridad con los familiares de las víctimas y con todas las personas afectadas por el hecho, que calificó como un suceso que enluta a la ciudad.

“La violencia no puede ni debe normalizarse en los espacios de encuentro y esparcimiento de nuestra sociedad. Como autoridades, creemos firmemente que la ciudadanía merece vivir con tranquilidad, seguridad y respeto por la vida”, indicó la municipalidad en su pronunciamiento.

Asimismo, exhortó a las autoridades competentes a ejercer con firmeza sus funciones de fiscalización, control y sanción para garantizar el orden y la seguridad ciudadana.
