“Los carteles que operan en este hemisferio son el ISIS (Estado Islámico) y el Al-Qaeda del Hemisferio Occidental y deben tratarse tan brutalmente y despiadadamente como tratamos a esas organizaciones”, expresó Miller en la conferencia inaugural de las ‘Américas contra los carteles’ en Miami.
