La comuna de Magdalena precisó que la medida busca “garantizar que la imposición de sanciones de tránsito por parte de la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima” se realice con total transparencia, legalidad y estricto respeto a la normativa vigente.

Asimismo, señaló que el objetivo es salvaguardar el debido procedimiento administrativo y proteger los derechos de los ciudadanos.
