En plena crisis energética, el Ministerio de Energía y Minas (Minem) designó a Denis Joel Tapia Rodríguez como nuevo Director General de la Dirección General de Hidrocarburos, según lo establece la Resolución Ministerial N.º 094-2026-MINEM/DM publicada el 5 de marzo de 2026.

En plena crisis energética, el Ministerio de Energía y Minas (Minem) designó a Denis Joel Tapia Rodríguez como nuevo Director General de la Dirección General de Hidrocarburos, según lo establece la Resolución Ministerial N.º 094-2026-MINEM/DM publicada el 5 de marzo de 2026.

En la resolución firmada por el ministro Ángelo Victorino Alfaro Lombardi, el nombramiento responde a la necesidad de cubrir la vacante existente en la Dirección General de Hidrocarburos, órgano clave encargado de formular, proponer y supervisar la política del subsector hidrocarburos en el país.

No es la primera vez que Tapia pisa oficinas del sector energético. Su vínculo con el ministerio viene de antes. La Dirección General de Hidrocarburos cumple un rol central en la gestión del sector energético, al encargarse de la regulación, promoción y supervisión de las actividades vinculadas al petróleo, gas natural y combustibles derivados.
