La documentación, en la que aparece el sello de la oficina jurídica en mención, se encuentra fechada el 18 de septiembre de 2025, día en el que la presentadora de televisión asegura haber llevado a cabo el trámite para entregar el auto involucrado en la tragedia al joven de 21 años.

No obstante, la notaría ha sido clara al respecto de la legalidad del cambio de titular: en su archivo no poseen registro alguno del trámite. Según lo explicado, no cuentan con copia alguna debido a que no existe una boleta o factura que avale el pago del servicio, porque no hubo encuentro alguno en las instalaciones del local jurídico.

En ‘Magaly TV La Firme’, el notario Donato Carpio Vélez se puso en contacto con el programa para dar su versión de lo sucedido, destacando la falta de un comprobante que certifique el proceso llevado a cabo en su oficina jurídica.

Lo más contundente fue explicar por qué el sello que garantizaría la veracidad del trámite es falso y son dos detalles en particular: el tipo de sello empleado y el código de archivo con el que se firmó.

Según señala Carpio Vélez, “ese sello responde a un sello de recepción cartas notariales y está adulterado donde dice ‘carta’”. Continúa al puntualizar que la denominación colocada no corresponde al oficio notarial ni se emplea el término “código” en ningún otro centro judicial como el que dirige; en su defecto se suele utilizar la palabra “cardex”, lo que desestima el argumento del abogado de Marisel Linares, Elio Riera.

“Ha sido una adulteración fraudulenta”, añadió el doctor Carpio, que además pidió a su colega que lo busque y explique por qué el documento apareció de esa manera, pues asegura que su paciencia “llegó a su límite” al verse involucrado en un asunto de esa magnitud.
