Hasta antes de esta disposición, la normativa establecía que la descarga o trasiego de GLP en zonas urbanas debía realizarse únicamente entre las 22:00 y las 06:00 horas, con el fin de reducir riesgos en áreas con gran tránsito de personas y vehículos.
