Papa León XIV visitará Perú | Reacciones y últimas noticias en vivo
El papa León XIV, nacido en Chicago (Estados Unidos) regresará así a Perú, país del que tiene la nacionalidad desde 2015 y donde vivió cerca de 20 años como misionero agustino y posteriormente como obispo de Chiclayo durante ocho años antes de ser llamado por Francisco para ocuparse del dicasterio para los obispos.
- En este viaje visitará Montevideo, Paysandú y Florida del 6 al 8 de noviembre; Buenos Aires, Córdoba y Luján del 8 al 11 de noviembre; y Lima, Chiclayo, Cusco y Pucallpa del 11 al 17 de noviembre.
El papa León XIV viajará a Uruguay, Argentina y Perú del 6 al 17 de noviembre, aceptando la invitación de los jefes de Estado y de las Autoridades eclesiásticas de esos respectivos países, informó este miércoles el portavoz vaticano, Matteo Bruni.
