La Comisión de Fiscalización del Congreso citó a los titulares del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE), Roberto Burneo, y de la Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE), Piero Corvetto, a su sesión de este miércoles 4 de marzo, a fin de que expliquen diversos temas, en el marco de las elecciones generales del 2026.

La Comisión de Fiscalización del Congreso citó a los titulares del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE), Roberto Burneo, y de la Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE), Piero Corvetto, a su sesión de este miércoles 4 de marzo, a fin de que expliquen diversos temas, en el marco de las elecciones generales del 2026.

Burneo fue invitado a informar sobre los fundamentos para no acatar las resoluciones judiciales del Tercer Juzgado Constitucional de Lima, que permiten la participación del partido Unidad Popular en los comicios del próximo 12 de abril.

También deberá explicar los criterios aplicados en el otorgamiento de “inscripciones transitorias” a partidos políticos o alianzas electorales, así como sobre la denegatoria de “inscripciones provisionales”.
