De acuerdo con las Resoluciones Subsecretaría General N.° 000011-2026-DP/SSG, 000012-2026-DP/SSG, 000013-2026-DP/SSG y 000014-2026-DP/SSG, la entidad autorizó el otorgamiento del beneficio al considerar que, en esos casos, los hechos materia de indagación guardan relación con el ejercicio de sus funciones como jefa de Estado.

Uno de los pedidos declarados procedentes es el referido a la defensa para las diligencias preliminares en la investigación de la Fiscalía de la Nación – Área de Enriquecimiento Ilícito y Denuncias Constitucionales – Carpeta Fiscal N° 25-2025- por la presunta comisión del delito de cohecho pasivo propio.
