Torrico es abogado por la Universidad de San Martín de Porres y cuenta con estudios concluidos de maestría en Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social en la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Es especialista en derecho administrativo, laboral y previsional.
