En este caso, se aprobó el levantamiento del fuero para que el fiscal de la Nación formule “la denuncia ante la Corte Suprema en el plazo de cinco días”.
El informe de la Comisión Permanente también la acusa por los presuntos delitos de usurpación de función pública, abuso de autoridad, prevaricato y falsedad genérica.
La sanción por la presunta infracción a la Constitución fue aprobada previamente por la Comisión Permanente del Parlamento, con 16 votos a favor, cuatro en contra y dos abstenciones.
Este miércoles 3 de diciembre, desde las 10 am, el Congreso debatirá y votará la inhabilitación por diez años para ejercer cargos públicos a la suspendida fiscal suprema Delia Espinoza.
