En el documento, la comunicadora explica su vínculo con el joven y busca aclarar por qué el vehículo involucrado en el accidente estuvo registrado a su nombre antes de ser transferido.

El testimonio fue difundido en el programa dominical Domingo al Día, donde se mostraron extractos del escrito presentado por Linares ante el Ministerio Público.

En su declaración, la periodista señala que mantiene una relación cercana con Villar desde hace más de una década. Según indicó, lo conoció cuando inició una relación sentimental con su padre, Rubén Villar, el 6 de mayo del 2012.

De acuerdo con su versión, desde ese momento comenzó a compartir distintos momentos familiares con el entonces menor de edad, lo que con el tiempo fortaleció el vínculo entre ambos.

“Adrián Alonso Villar Chirinos, su padre Rubén Enrique Villar Froletz y yo hemos compartido momentos juntos desde su niñez, desde que lo conocí en el año 2012, y ese compartir juntos se ha mantenido hasta la actualidad”, escribió Linares en su descargo.

La periodista también expresó en el documento que considera al joven como parte de su familia. “Es un hijo para mí”, señaló en el escrito dirigido a la Fiscalía.

Como parte de su testimonio, Linares adjuntó una serie de fotografías que, según explicó, fueron tomadas en distintos momentos de la vida de Villar.

Algunas de las imágenes lo muestran cuando era niño, mientras que otras corresponden a etapas posteriores, entre ellas el día de su graduación, evento al que la periodista indicó haber asistido.

Las fotografías fueron presentadas con el objetivo de demostrar que el vínculo entre ambos no es reciente ni circunstancial, sino una relación familiar que —según sostiene— se ha construido a lo largo de los años.

Sin embargo, la estrategia de defensa de la comunicadora ha sido cuestionada por la representación legal de la familia de Lizeth Marzano, quienes consideran que el argumento expuesto por Linares podría ser utilizado para intentar deslindar responsabilidades dentro de la investigación fiscal que se sigue por el caso.
