Martín Vizcarra EN VIVO | Poder Judicial evalúa pedido de prisión preventiva por 6 meses contra expresidente
El expresidente peruano afronta un juicio oral por presuntamente haber recibido S/ 2.3 millones en sobornos cuando fue gobernador de Moquegua.
La solicitud -presentada por el fiscal Germán Juárez– será evaluada en audiencia pública presencial a cargo del juez Víctor Alcocer Acosta, del Quinto Juzgado de Investigación Preparatoria Nacional.
El Poder Judicial (PJ) evalúa este miércoles 25 de junio, desde las 11:30 de la mañana, el pedido fiscal de seis meses de prisión preventiva contra el expresidente Martín Vizcarra.
